Dartt Automotive Services

My daughter had two flat tires and we needed it towed somewhere to get fixed. Dartt made the whole process very painless and way less stressful. They even contacted the tow company for us. Great customer service!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a major spark plug blowout 800 miles from home and thought I was going to have to buy a tow truck just to get out of the situation. This mechanic stepped up, did a permanent, high-quality repair on the threads, and charged me a ridiculously fair price. On top of that, we went to wait at a local bar, and they actually drove over to pick us up when it was finished. I've never had a stranger help me out like this. Fast, affordable, and just genuinely good people. Take your vehicle here.

My second auto has been sitting for 3 months and wouldn’t start, so I tried jumping it, nothing. Called AAA, still nothing so I called Dartt Auto Repair on a friends reccomendation. AAA towed it for me. Since it’s an older Hybrid Escape, I was hoping that the Hybrid battery wasn’t the issue. Dartt ran a full inspection on the car and found that both batteries ( 12 volt and Hybrid) had no juice. With my permmission, they charged the Hybrid whuch is still good, then replaced my 7 year old 12 volt In addition, they gave me a full indpection plus a Veterans duscount. May I had that the support staff, Ashton and Christina were friendly, professional and communicated each step to me ( no surprises). It only took one day in and out, so I highly reccommend Dartt for any auto repairs. They service all models at a fair price. Thank you Dartt for your superior service. M. T. Arnold

I have been going to Dartt for just under three years now, and I can definitively say they are IMO the go-to place to get your vehicle serviced in Evansville. Each time I have not been disappointed no matter how small like an oil change or big jobs like AC work. Derek, Jerry and all the techs know their stuff to a T and have always gotten straightforward, correct answers fast without any BS. They have especially came through for me in pretty sticky situations. Ashton and Danny (when he was still there, I’m still disappointed he left) are great. They talk to you like vehicle owner to another vehicle owner, not business person to customer. They don’t see you as $$, which is huge to me. That relatability and care is something that is not nearly as prevalent as it should in an environment where it seems you hear all these horror stories of shops not knowing what they’re doing or try to take advantage of customers. My trust in mechanics and shops, especially dealerships, is basically zero because of this until one convinces me otherwise like Dartt has. Pricing is always fair, and with details on how much each aspect costs (diagnosis, parts, labor, etc.), you aren’t guessing or being l

I have used Dartt Automotive several times over the last decade and have always been satisfied with the work they do. If you are looking for an honest and reliable auto shop this should be your choice. The quality of their work and their integrity when diagnosing issues is second to none. They are affordable as well, their prices have always been fair when I have needed them. The office staff is great to work with and communicate well about your vehicle. I will always choose Dartt Automotive to work on my vehicle.
